i will also mention this, there have been hundreds of cases in jail of inmates who fought for the rights to keep theyre dreads, and sued successfully every time.
it is a guaranteeed religios right to freedom of religios expression, and only th individuals belief can define the individuals religion or spirituality..not any church
look at any religion, like christiasnity, its broke up into millions of sub groups like baptists evangalists orthadox russian orthadox etc etc then those are broken up into churches like 1st baptist church o\f the savior 1st eastern baptist church of st jude etc etc etc then each church has 10000 memners some who just sit there on sunday and steal on monday others who believe all of revelations but none of lewviticouse others who read the bible daily but understand none of it..each one has its own persional belief system even though they sit in church together
