twists are ok to start (assuming you have African type hair) but you should not retwist..or palm roll
this sites got the best info and really is the only 1 to trust
as you know many sites say gunk up your hair with all kinds of crap like wax.. and that's 100% wrong
those sites can't be trusted at all
