tho they doi look lil stiff they sdont look extremely tight so maybe your ok i wouldnt bother with salt still for awhuile just to see how they progress..or dont..
welcome since u crocheted (bad idea) you dont want to tighten them yet they are too tight already so they should loosen enough to dread it can take 6 months to recover from crochet if they stay too tight it can take longer
