land lots of land and a plan

ok so we are taking a giant leap forward on thislast week a good freind and member here april told me shes doing an internship building earthships this winter in floridaso i told her about our idea for an earthship communityshes into it then started talking to another member about it too and him and his mom (very cool mom) are way into itwe found land dirt cheap 160 acres(we have the option to get way more land then that too if enough people are into it basicly enough land for a town haha i mean 16000 acres is alot)think many people in america live on 1/4 acre or less 2 acres is a nice lil bit of land for the average suburban/rural housea house on 1 acre in alotta places are 360,000 1600 acres is ..350,00040 acres 17,000160 acres 47,000ok so planwe believe we can get a few schoolbus/houses to park there and live in temporarilyalong with yurts and tipis tipis might not be super comfy in winter but yurts can handle any weather even articwe use the land as a camp as we begin buildingwe will try to build 2 large earthships and a community center roundhouse or something as quickly as we can then build more earthships thast are more family sizedepending on how many ppl get involvedodviosly we arent going to build 10 at a time all at once and be done in a few monthshowever depending on the size land we get it would be nice to always have 2 more then we need for ppl who join and as they fill up build more within reasonit would be nice if each earthship has at least 10 acres to grow food onso lets see how many ppl commit to doing this within the next month or 2 and then we will go for the land40-160 acres are very easy to afford right now with very few people involve4dif the group gets largera huge ammount wont be hard to do eitheractualy 1 option is a whole mountaini'll keep looking at land possibilities till we committhese properties are mostly remoteundeveloppedwoldopenpristine and naturalmost have just private dirt roads invery easy to be off the grid and off te radar too
