If you put a bone in it overnight, in the morning you can tie it in a knot
i think, if you add an acid to a neutral ph like water, the water retains the ph of the acid.. I could be wrong but I think that’s how it works
so diluting reduces the smell etc but doesn’t lower the acidity
thats why when your car battery is low you don’t add acid you add distilled water

Welcome I would advise against acv it’s too acidic
the softening of the hair you feel is from it being partially dissolved!
