Before you use the other gel, and as soon as you can, you should try and get any residue, from the gel you're using left, out.
And palm rolling is pretty useless. If you notice, you have to do it over and over again. That means that each individual time is not making any difference in the progress of your locks. The only time you'll see a difference is if you do it hard and aggressively. Check out the video I posted about what palm rolling did to my locks. Hopefully that'll give you some insight into what it'll do to your locks and roots over time
Welcome. What locking gel. The only one I've come across that is worth using is the one from dreadlockshampoo.com. It is specifically designed to wash out and leave no residue whatsoever. It even starts to degrade on it;s on after a day or so. So even if you don't wash it out, it's gone in 2-3 days
Welcome. Best way to be more natural is to just stop doing anything but washing and separating. Especially stop crocheting. That does nothing for your locks but make them weaker and fuzzier in the long run
welcome good u stopped the crochet thats extremely damaging to drads
