they dont need o stay twisted u want thenm to dread not be twisted if u use a product that keeps them twisted they will always be twu=isred..not dreaded.. leave em alone let em dread but get that wax out asap!

Welcome. Eagle's right. For healthy locks, you shouldn't crochet them. All it does is breaks hairs into smaller and smaller pieces which weakens your locks and can make them snap off aat points and even at the root, leaving a bald spot

best wayt is freeform just let it dread seperate if u want thats all
if you need a lil more control twist or twist n rip

then wash and seperate as needed thats about it
