cant tell if u have rubber bands in or not looks like u do if so take them out! they cause a dozen diferent problems
palm rolling does nothing at all unless u do it obsessivly then it causes friction damage and weaj[kens the roots dreads need washing and seoerating nothing else at all
welcome but dont palm roll and definately do not crochet that crochet does extreme harm abd you just delayed progress by 6 months
