Hi Mary, welcome to the community, the best site o the web for healthy dreadlocks. I see you use the baking soda (BS) wash sometimes, always follow up with an apple cider vinegar (ACV) rinse to follow that or else you can dry out your hair. The raito for BS is 1/2 cup of BS to 5 cups water, pour over wet head and leave on for 10-20 minutes to exfoliate the scalp without scrubbing. Rinse well, Next mix 1-2 capfuls of ACV to 5 cups water, pour on head and rinse out within one minute. This will balance back the hairs PH. If you have a very oily scalp, you don't need to use the ACV.

Enjoyt your second journey and this site.....peace

Also, what products? Bees wax is natural. But it's terrible for locks. And many natural/organic soaps are actually bad for locks. They contain too many conditioners and leave tons of residues

Welcome. Like Eagle said, don't bother palm rolling. It only does harm if done enough to see progress. I did it for only 2 weeks, daily, and 7 years later, I'm still trying to fix the damage
