1st swimming in thed gulfs great but very poluted u shoiuld wash way more often minumum weekly and not with head and shoulders thats pretty toxic and builds up but so do the gels wich brings me toi twisting and palm rolling..stop both especially twisting wich causes traction alopecia and balding u should never see scalp showing
palm rollings less harmful but still harmful..and totaly pointless as it does nothing at all helpful

welcome but u should stop rolling them 1 it does nothing at all
at least nothing that lasts longer then a day but 2 that can cause permenantharm
