I truly believe we are what we eat-- my wife has come out with this cookbook Red- Neck Vegan -- country food without the Moo!!-- i love seeing people's reaction when they try this awesome food -- the sweets are to die for -- The humming bird cake is out of this world ( no humming birds were hurt in the making hehehe )--we feel one can keep themselves free from sickness with a vegan diet--- also please don't forget to Bless your food --I thank the Holy Spirit for each and all of you-- Aloha--
