just don't separate them you don't need to do anything if they are trying to congo, they will congo as long s you don;'t rip them apart

now rubber bands cause weak spots. if they get swallowed they can either break apart into chunks and dry rot..or melt into a sticky icky goo  either way that yuckyness will never come out

you don't have to hold them together as long as you dont ruip them apart

that's not at all conditioning but does treat the dandruff  optionally add it to  jojoba  and use a q tip to apply to the scalp only

you'll never get it to the scalp nor should you.

in the next months they will be looser at scalp and tips, 3 inches is normal

then they dread towards the roots and end at about 1/2 inch

don't worry about what they do now they will loosen alot

bout fwi share it on my wall on marley chambers wall and in a few related groups

take the rubber bands out after doing the tnr!!!!

the headbands ok if its wider not too tight ..and not worn too often

but do not leave the rubber bands in once u tnr

thehy can cause dozens of serious issues

well its up to you.. for some  when it takes a long time  they feel they earned it more..but if you cant stand the waiting theres no need to

just depends on how important it is to grow vs make them

are you air drying or towel drying

when you wash are you only carefully washing the scalp or all the hair

if your doing everything right then yea id say give that a try

but then again look at the people who took 9 months to see any dreads, they came out glorious ..i think the extra waiting time makes them all the more amazing

oh and bout the dreads washings good mores better if u want

the liquid helps it dread faster when young so mo sprays needed

the thinner parts yes you'll get lil fuzzy babies that will form thin dreads from the thinning area
