That is the best way, twist and rip is not a bad option. Back combing is definitely more damaging. But natural is deftly the best way to go

I am not decided on it. A relative started hers that way with good results, so I was considering it but after reading some of the info in your site, I think I'm just going to be doing them the natural way.
