New to all of this

I feel as though I am more aware now, as though this ability has come to me at 28 years old. I can't help but wonder why that is. Does anyone have any guidance? While I feel "more connected" I am also feeling disconnected from people because I am not clear on when to share the messages that I feel I am supposed to convey. : /
