i think the hyperness has passed..it usually fades into tiredness..being less than okay helps me be tired though too..i think i might be able to sleep now..maybe..? if i'm not..you will get a response tonight/today?

ohh no..haha..usually i just sit on the computer when im up that early..doing the whole 'staring blankly at the screen' thing..unless by some miracle facebook is entertaining enough..which it hardly is..being unable to sleep at three is even worse though..haha..and now im hyper..which is not good..at all..haha

yeah, the soap i bought was like..five dollars for a bar.and i've used it twice..but yeahh, why spend the money to get the stuff when i'm not even gonna use it?? i jsut scrub my head for a while and rinse it a whole lot..some people think it wont work..but ever since i stopped using baking soda, it's worked fine for me..

naahh, there isn't a certain way..at least i don't believe so..hahai used to use arm and hammer baking soda..but i found out they test on animals..so i stopped..i'd be using dr.bronners, buuut i left it at a friends..so i just wash with water..sounds bad, i know, but it gets them clean, and they actually smell quite good..haha..i just checked em to make sure..!

my mind runs all the time..it usually is going till i drift off finally..i quite agree with the working out thing..i've noticed that i can fall asleep easier when i go on a walk or something before i go to sleep (i walk forever..not just around the black or something) maybe i should pick up my meditation at night, and try going for night jogs again..

i can try that..it usually doesn't work..my mind runs all the time thinking about this or that..i actually do the second one..it usually helps..but lately, i cannot focus enough to put together a little story line for me to drift off to sleep..i think it was the fact that i ate..really, really late..that combined with the fact that i've never been able to get to sleep without sitting there for at least two hours..is making this very hard..haha
i actually got to sleep! not much since i woke up six hours later..but still it was sleep! haha..
yea it has been a great site since the beginning
