send the crap back the lock peppa does nothing st all its just dirt store bought dandruff and the loose hair tool is extreme destruction under no circumstances should u ever use that unless you love crearting loose hair only to fix loose hair while crreating loose hair it breaks tons of hairs everytime u use iot making them weakeer and weaker ..is it the harpoon sized one or the tiny 1? ether way never poke hholes in dreads withy tools

welcome what dreadhead products did u use? that was a mistake (the shampoo is well not great but wont cause u to have to start over) i hope you never used wax

well agressive palm eolling causes froction damage if your gentle it wont hurt but doesnt do alot of good either

welcome u should just stop doing everything except wash and seperate..nothing else at all ypur only 1 month in they should have loose hairs loose roots and loops..just do nothingu wont believe how enjotable it is to not have to mess with em

Welcome!!If you leave them alone they'll recover. They will frizz out a lot as the crochet broken hairs escape but they will chill out with time. All you gotta do is wash and separate to prevent congos. That's it :)
