I used coconut oil. The unrefined is best. It's easier to put on since its more solid but the heat from your hand will melt it. Easier to apply, very nourishing, and also it helps kill any bacteria or fungus
carefully slowly and gently comb brush or pick out the knots from the tip up only work on the last 1/2 inch or so thats knotted if u reach a spot thats too tight drench it in more conditioners overnight and work on it the next day
