Welcome. Have you done any wax removal sessions yet? Wax us a hydrocarbon and will NEVER wash out in normal soap and water. It needs a detergent to get it out. Check out the dreaducation page for how to do it.

welcome its not enough to stop using wax you have to remove it (it dont just wash out..ever)
also bronners is great in soft water but 85% of the country has hard wter the harer the wayer the more residue it leaves

Welcome. Eagle's right. Is there lemon juice in the shampoo? Lemon juice dries out your hair too much and breaks it down. It's not good for any hair type. Especially not locks. Organic shampoos tend to have too many oils in them that are conditioning. You want to stay away from conditioning shampoos

1st just cause its organic doesnt kean dread freindlty or non residue and lenmon is citric acid wich seeps into the inner layers of the hair and breaks it down
theres way better options
