Not sure if you know, but water type depends on what we should use to shampoo dreads with. With soft water, any dread shampoo or bar works great, but with hard water, those same products don't rinse out properly and slowly leave behind a residue buildup. www.dreadlockshampoo.com makes the best stuff around, works in all types of water and very natural..
