I thought re-twisting only worked on african hair? either way I dont think so - whatever the crochet "lockticians" did. pretty sure it was all crochet, not sure if they did anything else to my bases..

I didn't have much there to begin with. I was super concerned with it pulling out hair and I was told it would be fine/wouldn't lose much. They did it cause they wanted to re section the dreads so they fit better on my head.

at my second maintenance appointment they brushed out my hair (aggressively) on the top of my head and put extensions in, also joined my two super thin dreads at the front into one.
