Welcome to the community. At this stage you shouldn't need any creams. Just wash 1-3 times a week and separate when they grow together. What method did you use to start your dreads in the first place?

Welcome. Just so you know, you don't have to cut your hair to get rid of locks. A few members here have combed their out after years. You just need a lot of conditioner and gentle brushing. It can take a while, but it avoids you having to grow your hair all over again.

And don't bother palm rolling. If you don't do it much, it doesn't create any lasting knots. If you do it enough to see any progress, it will completely destroy your locks
