Hi Celeste, when i started mine my hair was past my shoulder, but not that much. They shrinked just like yours. After they shrinked they started to grow, but not that fast. Finally they are now to my bra strap, but it was a long journey and takes some patient to wait that long for hair to grow. Your dreads are looking great for only 7 months, nice color (i love blonde dreads). Can't wait to see them over a year! Stick to the journey

Thanks! I have to say, I don't think there are many people who can pull off having shorter dreads but you are definitely one of them.

Now at 9 months...hair was mid center back. Crochet method hair shrank greatly!!
