My journey is running into 10 months now... And these are few loops which have formed in the back of my hair and I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to separate those two baby dreads to prevent from being a congo. (It's not that I don't like congos, I really love them. But in this case I think the down one with 'Y' structured loop will form a congo afterwards). So, is it a good idea to separate them? Even if I wanted to separate them, their root has become too tight formed as an one root together, it's really hard to separate them. What can I do?
Please help!
Please help!
Robyn: I think the size is quite what I wanted to have, so I think I'm not separating it then..:D
jazzymomma: thanks, i'll keep that in mind..:)
i had some that way id leave it an let in make into a thicker dread, or can seperate it but wait til wet an clean just after shower to pull it an a drop of essential oil will not hurt ither an smell good haha. i have pretty thick curly hair an my dreads r real tight so congos were like tight knots almost immediate i made mistake of carefully cuting one apart and now the dreads good size an grwon out well doing good but the remainning strand of hair is a 4inch new dred now. sticks out haha but im giving it luv anyhow haha but dont cut them apart haha. pull hard haha. check out me dreads i mostly let them congo up and they r thick now http://www.dreadlockssite.com/video/jazzymomma
