Welcome. If you don't have naturally oily hair, you'll find it beneficial to use an ACV rinse after the BS wash. BS is a base and will raise your pH level too high, frying your hair and scalp. ACV brings the pH back down to a healthy level so you don't damage your hair and scalp

Also, my friend and her father are Greek and her dad will occassionally teach me words as well. He took the time to teach me how to read the Greek alphabet. Welcome. But don't bother palm rolling. If you don't do it every day, it won't do anything to create lasting knots. It'll only make them look neat for a few hours. But if you do do it enough to see progress, it will severely destroy your locks. I palm rolled daily for only the first 2 weeks, and 7 years later I'm still trying to fix the damage
