About to partake in a fungus journey.

My best friend and I have decided to try fungus for the first time. Unsure when we will actually have a chance, since it appears both of our schedules have gotten completely hectic.But I thought I'd check with my dreadie brothers and sisters and see if you have any suggestions or advice.
