ohh dont usethat! thats salon brand made to prevent dreads and has residue
id use nutragena anti residue once (highly toxic so dont use often) just to remove the residue then use www.dreadlockshampoo.com they are by far best
welcome but what teatree shampoo not all are great for dreads

welcome but dont bother palm rolling at all it does noth9ig good
and if u do it rarely it might not be too harmful but doing it alot can be..doing it rarely..or at all tho will do nothing good for them
most of use have never palm rolled once and the only result is they are healthier
baba in 1 of his vids shows what 2 weeks of palm rolling did.. 4 years later they still havent recovered
