oh you meant just crochetting with a crochet hook not felting with a felting needle... its still horible.a huge mistake but not as extremely destructive as a felting needle
but still never let a crochet hook touch them again
if they are tight we need to loosen them so they can dread,,the stiffness can last for years
but felting is the absolute most damaging thing you can do to dreads! crochets way up ther too both are dred destruction.. but felting will completely destroy them
what products are you using..i hope no wax!

every hair it tuches is shreaded into a thousand tiny peices
there is nothing more destructive you could do to them
if you paid to have it done..demand a refund or even consider suing.

if you sed wax you will need wax b gone 1st off
