Welcome to the community. In case you don't know yet, natural is the best and least damaging method. TnR is 2nd and these are the only two I would suggest.
Welcome. The BS wash is great, but don't forget to do an apple cider vinegar rince afterwards (if your hair isn't naturally oily). NEVER mix BS and ACV together. always rinse out the BS well first. BS will raise your pH level too high and can fry your hair and scalp.
