You can wash anywhere from 1-3 times a week.

All you have to do it scrub your scalp. As you rinse the soap will run through your hair, cleaning it.

Don't dry your hair by rubbing it with a towel. Just pat it dry it your need to, and let it air dry the rest f the way. If you can shake your head, without giving yourself a headache, that works too.

Use either a non residue shampoo, or the BS/ACV wash. liquid is gentler on baby locks. The BS wash is a no touch wash, so the most gentle.

Don't be afraid to wash. For the first 6ish months you will see a ton of untangling and retangling and untangling and retangling over and over. It's normal. This is your hair starting to form knots.

Wash wash wash.
