Welcome. If you have stopped palm rolling yet, stop now. Palm rolling is one of the most destructive things that can be done to locks. I did it for just 2 weeks (daily), and 7 years later I'm still trying to fix the damage it caused. The oils may be too much conditioning, but that can depend on your hair type. And the silk wrap is 100% unnecessary. In fact, it will hinder the process. Out of curiosity, were you mixing the BS and ACV together? Or were you washing with BS, rinsing it out, then ACV, and rinsing again? If you were mixing them, that was the problem. You should NEVER mix the two together. And you should not scrub your head at all with the BS?ACV rince. You can very gently massage your scalp. But absolutely not vigorously scrubbing.
