I know exactly what you mean and have seen quite a few pics of people with these kind of dreads with their natural colour and think, 'oh how i wish mine could look like that' But this is why having dreads is a journey and and lifestyle, it has changed me in a way that is very hard to describe, now i'm real happy with the lumps and bumps in my dreads (and other peoples) it sort of marks the natural simplistic way of life that dreads represent. I still do really love the dreads on the pics you loaded and if you want to see more there is a website called 'organic dreadlocks' well you should see their face book, there is no way i believe in having dreads 'done' or the crochet proceedure, its just real inspiring to look at the different ways these dreads can be worn, these people also do natural human hair extensions and again i would rather the wool of a sheep than have another humans hair added to my dreads, but the fact that it is out there for people to choose and an option is great, not all of us can just grow dreads with our thinner hair etc, so for people who really wish they could have dreads, well this is an option.
Just for inspirsation.
This is from the Organic dreadlocks face book page.
