Welcome. The best and only maintenance they need now is a regular washing. 2-3 times a week is perfect. Let them air dry as much as possible. Gently squeezing the water out with a towel works if you need to speed up the process

Welcome. DOn't over-do the wool rubbing. it's great, but it will cause a rat's nest that will need extra separating if you do it too much
