Welcome to the community. Take out the rubber bands and let them do their thing. They might fall out, this is normal. It means that the dread is not sitting in a good position on the scalp. They will lock back up by themselves.

welcome u shouldnt have rubber bands in for 3 days let alone 3 weeks take them out right away
