So you absolutly know its not you going bald - i would hate to think so after all these years of dreading, being an X hairdresser i know to ask all the questions about baldness in your family and if it inherited. Once weekly is extreme, but why is this happening now and not before?? Leave the palm rolling altogether if its doing this, not even monthly, what you could do is let the hair grow back and recover and then have some extensions done where the hair has come out, you don't have to make the extension very long, this way i hope it makes you feel there is a way to put it right instantly. Are you wearing some kind of a cap? Have you moved and r sitting in the sun more, all these questions help come to understand whats going on, its just if you have always palm rolled, why now and not earlier? If youwant to get in tough i can help. I understand how guttting this can feel, but it can be put right - even if it were baldness which you look far too young to have. Hair on the crown and temples is weaker than the rest.

I just brought me some biotin and have started taking them asap! To include the daily massages...head is a lil tender right now from me massagingbut I'd prefer the tenderness than baldness, lol!
