Glad you will share Timeline pics with us, thanks...we all here love to see them. Do you have the proper ratio for the baking soda (BS) wash, & ACV rinse? Mix .24 liters BS with 1.18 liters of water. Pour over wet head & leave on 10-20 minutes to exfoliate the scalp without scrubbing. Rinse well, Then mix 1 capful of ACV into 1.18 liter of water, pour over rinsed head and leave on for no more than one minute.
Do you have hard water in the UK? If so, do one of two things for mixing the baking soda only, as it does not dissolve properly in hard water.
boil the water, let the residue settle to the bottom & gently pour out 1.18 liter for the BS
or, purchase a large bottle of water to use, I use a water cooler size one, it lasts forever.
