i did my tongue with no problems.you just cut straight line and there is nothing to screw.when it comes to ears its something different.so you have your hands in this really awkward position and cutting oval shaped pattern seems tricky.i have cut only a little piece and had to gave up due to discomfort and lack of confident/selfcontrol... yeah with gear it can be pretty tempting.i am sure one day you will join our bisection club:)
yeah i was thinking of stretching my tongue to 2g or 4g then splitting it, or just leaving it at that size, but that would mean i'd have to repierce it, & i don't know if that's something i'm willing to go through again lol
so did you scalpel your own ears then? i've thought about it, even have the gear to do it...it does become very tempting
an inch hole in tongue is more awesome than split go for it girl:)..and 3/4 is dope as well.i had 2g when ive cut mine.nothings beats DIY experience just out of this world.too bad about your hubby chicks i met loved it:)..oh and about restretch my body is years rejecting all piercings, stretchings so most definitely not
oh n00dles that's such a bummer! I've been looking for years now to get mine scalpled for repositioning so i can stretch to an inch (i've been to 3/4 but the hole is too close to my head so I downsized to wait to scalpel). But it is a far drive & a butt load of money so it's on the back burner do you plan to restretch? tongue split is AWESOME, i looked into it but my hubs is freaked out by it :P
i had them stretched to 20mm (0.78 inches) than scalpeled to 33mm (1.30) ..it was too much of a pressure for my poor ears so it left some mighty keloid scars on here.1 ear is done (havent seen it yet because of a bandage) other one is wainting to its end few days later.8 years are gone ..at least i still have my split tongue:)
