welcome but u shouldnt twist at all ever twisting cayuses traction alopeciua and balding ever wonder why ppl that twist have so much scalp showing? they are going bald from twisting
Welcome. Washing every 2 weeks is better than some people, who think you should only wash once a month. But it's still not enough. Baby locks need to be washed a few times a week. That keeps them extra clean, which is great for the process. I'd recommend washing 2-3 times a week for a while. Then you can go down to once a week. But never less than that if you can help it.
Also, retwisting is terrible for locks. It puts too much torque on your locks and scalp. If done over and over, you can actually weaken your roots enough that locks can be twisted right off.
Welcome. As soon as you stop combing/brushing, you are locking. Even though they don't look mature yet doesn't mean you don't have locks. The more you think of yourself as already having them, the easier the messy stages will be on you emotionally
