I'm Emma and the mum to my beautiful daughter Georgia who is 19 months old.Since having my little girl I'll suffered from puerperal psychosis, which is a rare and extremely bad form of post-natal depression. For the first three months of her life we were in a mother&baby mental unit and I've held onto a lot of guilt because of that, but having Georgia with me everyday in there helped me cope.My main reason for getting my dreadlocks was to help me let go of the past and look forward to the future. A new me, a new life for my daughter.Because of the situation I am dealing with, I find it really hard to be in the outside world and in turn, I struggle to meet other mothers or people so I am very glad that there is a forum like this were other mothers can get together and share their experiences
