no they arent hard to find vinagar is a common cooking ingrediant ay food srtore has itthe oils are common medicinal oils so any herb stores health food stores or herbalist will have them or you can order online very easily

its amazing for dandruff1 tablespoon baking soda to a cup of water ( i use 1/3 cup in a gallon) add teatree oil (3-10 drops depending how much mix u need) rosemary oul (6-30 drops) pour over head dont scrub just soak 10 minutesrinxceu can after that mix a small amoint of apple coder vo9nagar and same oils in water pour on wait 3 min and rinseu can skio that the 1st tiome but if u feel itchy try it nexy6 timeoh a freezing cold rinse will help too

yea i would definately try the baking soda you'll love it its great for scalp and hair and i have completely stopped using soap when i pour the baking soda over my head it runs down over my body and cleans everything everywhere so well i dont need soap at all

welcome i would really try the baking soda (probly called bicarbonate soda there)the washing method your usings probably preventing full dreading
in some states it is for medical usehere a simple google search found alot of places there
