Interesting Experience

Ok, so last night I was experiencing sleep paralysis, and had a very interesting pre-astral travel experience and would love to talk to someone experienced in astral travel/pre-astral travel situations, because last night specifically stood out, and I would like to talk to someone experienced in these things because I am not sure how to interpret it quite yet, so it would be nice for anyone who is experienced at this kind of stuff to leave a comment on this discussion. I have been experiencing things like this since about the age of 14 (now 17), and would like to know more about astral traveling and things relating to it.
