wgat is wrong with going neglect or doing twist and rip yourself..going to a salon is guranteed to cause lots of harm thats why u got to do em yourself or better yet..just let them happen

welcome knitting needles? or you mean crochet/ thats generaly concidered a bad method however doing it just onces wont kill ya but i would really recomend u throw that hook away and never use it to maintain it breaks way too many hairs
