have you been using the bar or liquid theliquids got sea salt in it and is best to use tillmature then switcyh to the bars
if your using the liquid you can add the pink sea salt for a lil extra help
but just switching from bar to liquid should do the trick

u might want to try the dreadlockshampoo.com onmeds bicarbs pretty harsh and watersnot going to clean well ..my scalps been amess till i found those
also washing more oftensbetter and with colder not hot water
