your inportland andf im betting your talking bout the same hospitol that torured me scrwewed up my elbow ..refused a nesacary surgery unless id shave my dreads diagnosed dandruff ..and theyre overuse of antibiotics (pumped em in to o fast causing redman syndrome an intence itch) they said i had lice tho i never did tortured my scalp with quell using it evey day not every 10 like you should leaving it on for 4 hours not 15 minutes till my scalp bled and came off in chunks for years and years ..if the hospital treated u that way run go to a diferent 1 that place was hell
