tattoo artist

haha i feel dumb askin cus ther shud be but is any body a tattoo artist?im almost 16 but im wanna do tattooz like any tips for me what i shud start doin and when i get outta highschool shud i go to college?cus some people told me sumthin bout just takin community classes? any help to start like getttin on the (TRACK) to be an artist?
