Welcome. Palm rolling isn't worth it. If you don't do it often, it does nothing to create lasting knots. If done enough to see progress, it is seriously damaging your roots. I have a video on my page about what only 2 weeks of palm rolling every day will do
welcome to the site! there is no need to continue palm rolling though. when you roll your dreads you have a chance to tear hair out of their roots creating week spots.
