Hey dreadheads, Im into my 3rd month of neglect, after doing a bit of online research and reading alot of posts on this website, I have been washing my hair regularly (1-2 times a week) with the bs/acv rinse,My hair is a lot dryer than usual but have not had any other issues. I wasnt really concerned about it being dryer. Iwasmore so happy as it helps my hair dread faster. Recently I spoke to a skeptic about the method and he convinced me that I should atleast do some more research into it ifI wasnt going to stop. So before i discontinue use or continue using the bs/acv rinse, I was hoping to get some feedback from fellow dreadheads using this method longterm as well as any light someone can shed on this topic. Hi Guys, im about 1 month into neglect dreads. My hair is very curly plus im a very restless sleeper, so I move my head around a lot on my pillow adding to the dreading process. Anyway theres a big mass of knots forming at the back of my head that I think may be becoming one massive dread. Im not sure really this is my first time dreading. Some advice on how I should proceed and whats going on back there? Should I seperate it??? Will it seperate on it own?
I also have another question which is what exactly are loops?

Dreading Methods
Starting my natural dreads today :D. Found basically all the answers to my questions on natural dreads from this post. To be honest I wasnt sure if I wanted to backcomb and palmroll or go all natural but after reading soarings words of wisdom with his 23 year natural dreads ive decided to commit and grow with ma dreads all natural. Nice dreads btw eagle and kris acosta. and gl to me :D
Edit: I had one more thing to ask, how much baking soda do i put on my hair when washing it and do i just pour it on, spread it out and let it soak for a few minutes and then wash with water?
