April's TNR timeline from fine/thin straight hair!

Member Journals and Timelines

well i also did obsess at 7 months whether or not to brush my large top sections out. I eventually came to a decision not to. only because I am so far along and well just lazy. Being that your only 3 months and if it really bothers you, follow your gut and just do it. Honestly looking closer at your pictures i really like them and think they look great, I would hate to disturb the set. But follow your gut and do what feels right ! :)

I've been kind of obsessing on the bigger ones on top, I'm wondering if I should comb them out and separate maybe three of them. I really hate to do that because I know it's super damaging and for almost three months they are pretty damn solid already. I posted a question with pics about it and got a couple peoples feedback there but I'm wondering what you all think that are following my timeline. My husband thinks I should just leave em be. I'll see if I can post a link to the post.

Liquid dreadlockshampoo

Introduce Yourself

i used that liquid shampoo for about the first 5 months .....it shrunk the shit out of my hair ...a little too much acceleration if you have hair that is prone to dreading i wouldn't recommend it I would just start with a bar ..i use the bars now
