welcome!
mix 1/2 a cup of bs to 5 cups of water. make sure it all dissolves and then pour it over your head and let it sit for 10-15 min. wrap your hair up in a towel loosely or put on some kinda cap to keep it from dripping all over you, then rinse your hair thoroughly. then mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a quart of water. after rinsing the bs, pour the acv over your head and let that sit 10-15 min. then rinse it again and your done lol
how did you form them? i backcombed (before i knew the truth about dhhq) and near the roots i have the same thing, i believe its from breakage of hairs from the backcombing. as they grow more youll start to notice it less
add it to the acv rinse, mix it with the acv before you mix the acv with water. keep us posted on how it goes!
do a bs rinse, youve probably got a lot of built up oils wich will slow down the dreading process greatly. mix half a cup baking soda to 5 cups of warm water, make sure it all dissolves, then pour it over your head and make sure you soak your hair and scalp, wrap your head in a towel for 10-15 min, then rinse with warm then cool water. youll be amazed how much progress youll see after you start doing that instead of just using water.
Yay cancer survivors! I just found out i was all clear of my cancer too, i had testicular but they removed it already, im sposed to go back to the doctor every 2 months and go get scans every 4 months. but yea. I felt the need to interject that haha

Hopefully by montana i will have quite a few large batches of glycerin tincture witch sounds like it would make your life a lot easier. its sublingual, so you dont have to wait as long as if you eat it, and you can get a specific dose every time. you just drop it under your tongue and it does the trick. as long as im financially ok bythen i should have some and ill bring you some s e
Im not allergic, i put the thickest paste i could on my wrist and nothin. i think it just dried my skin out a little bit and thats why i got itchy. i just freaked myself out is all haha
I just did my first bs wash, following the recipe i found in another convo of 1/2 cup bs to 5 cups water. While i was letting it soak i noticed my shoulders and upper chest/ upper back itching. Ive now rinsed and im airdrying. i made sure to rinse off the itchy areas really good after i rinsed my hair, but my im still itchy. is this normal? should i rinse my skin with acv and water mixture to rebalance my skin ph or something?
if anyone has experience with this or has a possible solution its much appreciated.
thanks, peace and love brothers and sisters(:
i totally agree with you 100%. thats what its all about. just being confident things will continue to change for the better, not just in my/your/our hair but in our lives.
