His name is Jason, I think he's friends with you on facebook under his company Wild Wood Guitars. You were recommended as a friend after adding a bunch of our rainbow friends. 
We haven't made it out to nationals yet, but we were at the north georgia regional and cumberland regional recently.
I'm Andrea, or Dre. Been lurking on here for a couple weeks, figured I'd go ahead and create an account and introduce myself.
I'm twenty-two and from North Georgia. I was partially raised with homesteading, bonfires, zero electricity, no tv, gardening, hunting, love, light, spirituality.. then it all switched to a more typical upbringing when I was about 12. For the past four years I've been moving back toward a more natural way of living, back to my roots, you could say. There's so much I could say here, but I'll leave it there for now.
As far as dreads go, my hair wants to dread so badly it's silly. I have light, fluffy, curly, tangly hair and I spend more time detangling than any other hygiene activity. It's stupid, really. So basically, I just stopped. I'll take pictures when something real happens. It's been one week and I have several 4-5 pre-dread tangles. Yay!
Hoping to get to know some awesome people as my boyfriend and I are going across the country starting in November for a grand hippie adventure, for lack of better words. Would love to meet up with new friends!
