i think you said you use baking soda and acv you should stop! its way to harsh and severely weakens hair

those shampoos are absolutely the best i'll also add that you mostly want to worry about washing the calp, the shampoos have microfine clays that clean as they rinse trough the dreads so the less you actually rub the hair itself the better. just use fingertips to get the scalp good and clean then rinse through.
be gentle in the early washes but don't hesitate to wash often washing is good and its ok if they loosen up or even fall apart
